Receptionist not behaved professionally, he has made unnecessary comments on my stay without understanding the facts

charged a lot more to me for this hotel , at reception rooms were availableThe hotel condition was not worth this much.. it was very bad. Watchman asked us tip at car parking without even helping us in parking. Dinner from restaurant was not that good, waiter also asked us tip but not gave tissue paper, salt, cutlery basic things with food, i had called reception 3-4 times for towel but no one replied. Overall worst place to stay and overcharged also

very bad staff and there is no cable for tv this was very bad.. couldn't see cricket match.

Hotel GSR, Tumkur is a good option for people looking for a quick break or an overnight stay during their road trip. The property is conveniently located right on the highway, making it easy to access and ideal for travelers in transit. Overall, a comfortable and practical stopover.

The worst hotel. The Ac was not working..room fan was not working..shifted two times but all were the same...moreover twin bed was not offered..and room was smoking while asked for non smoking type

We stayed for 1 night on the way from Pune to Vellore. Though we couldn't explore much but the in the limited time we had, we felt that the hotel is nicely maintained. Parking was good. Location is close to NH48.

very poor maintains, and very bad service ,property is not for family stay,and worst experience ever.

The staff does not have hotel management skills, the feedback they won't accept, the lady on the reception started arguing on the feedback rather than accepting it. For cleaning vessels or glasses in the room, they won't use vessel cleaning soaps,they simply put into the water and keep. When I reported this, they are like we will clean What?, no manager investigates the room when it is idle Worst experience

stayed in AC suit, Hotel atmosphere location is good. Staff good and well mannered. Only blankets, makes hot, remove it feels cold, causing sleep disturbance.Wash room near wash basin tiles re extremely slippery, on bare foot sure to fall. Food is good but salt content is always on higher side.

the reason I had booked here paying more was because reviews showed ample car parking...but the parking was full and I had to park the car outside the premises.

Property’s location is right on the highway. Easily accessible and also hosts a wonderful restaurant which provides tasty food. Definitely gonna recommend to my family / friends.

Excellent hotel for family for overnight stay just next to NH48. Rooms are special and food is also delicious. Enjoyed stay for 1 night while travelling from Kanyakumari to Pune.

This hotel violates a cancellation policy. They refuse to give a refund even if the booking is cancelled before the given time. They also show the guest a check-in despite the booking being cancelled. Really disappointed with MMT too

Excellent stay, rooms are very clean as well as premises, secured parking, restaurant is excellent and overall staff is best .

the room was very small and lacked basic amenities. there was no table, only a single chair, and no electric kettle to make tea or coffee. it was not worth the price.

Toilet was not clean, the beds were dirty, the cleaner didn't even change the mattress cover after one passenger left and i sat down.

Room had ants, room was not clean, inspite of asking the hotel staff to clean it was not done, bathroom accessories not available except soap, no sugar, milk powder sachets available, drinking water was not placed, cupboards not in gud condition, room slippers not available

The hotel's ambiance and service is very good and well maintained.
