Finding property is too easy.. Rooms are neat but Fan sound is too noise and TV not yet working so they have provided alternate room... but no money refunded because we have book some big room with Bath Tub but they changed to normal room. also there is no intercom.

⸻ My Recent Stay at Hotel Grand Square, Yercaud I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Square in Yercaud for two nights. Overall, the experience was decent, but there were a few issues worth mentioning. Upon check-in, I was given a room that had a very strong and unpleasant odor, similar to that of a bedbug spray. I immediately requested a room change, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate my request. The new room was spacious, neat, and clean, but unfortunately, the bathroom had an unbearable smell that persisted throughout my stay. As a solo traveler, safety is always my top priority, and in that regard, I felt secure staying here. So, if you’re planning a solo trip to Yercaud, this hotel is a safe option. One major downside is that the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant. This was quite inconvenient, especially since the breakfast they provided was very limited. Every day, the breakfast menu remained the same: Idli, Pongal, chutney, vada, and one sweet item. While the food was fresh and tasted good, for the price of per night, I expected more variety and better breakfast options as part of the complimentary service. On a positive note, the reception staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. In summary, Hotel Grand Square offers safety, spacious rooms, and courteous staff, but it needs improvement in terms of room freshness, bathroom hygiene, and food variety—especially for the price point.

Average room, nearby lake. Food is okay not that great and there aren't many varieties. The bathroom is not that clean and the water is not draining properly in the bathroom. Not worth the money spent.

No food options as the restaurant was under renovation though the restaurant folks did a room service for breakfast. Properly pricing is a tad bit higher. Should be in the range of 2.2k to 2.5k and not more. Staff are courteous.
