familyThe services are not worth the money. Food is good but room services are not upto the mark. Hotel ambience is not clean. Room charges are not even worth of 1200rs but we paid 5k per room.

Terrible experience electricity supply disconnected during night
Electricity supply disconnected at 4:00 am morning. No service provided to start electricity. No room service even requested for room cleaning. Mirror is not available in room. Need to go to bathroom for combing

coupleMalfunctioned ac at 5 am. No intercom in room. Few worms in room. Bedsheet old. Food was good. Unclean restaurant. They need to buck up.

Excellent Stay
Everything was good including stay, breakfast, dinner. Staff was co-operative. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Must try a loo paratha pane-er kabab

coupleYes there were no milk pouch no sugar pouch only green tea pouch no regular tea pouch no spoon to stir the black coffe only 1/2 liter water bottles no looking glass in the room and you know abt breakfast. This is for the stay in four season hotel in silod. I will give review of kailas hotel after i depart

Room were clean. Linen were good. Staff is polite. Services are good. Best hotel for ajanta as well ellora tourist.

Poor Stay
Very bad experience. Unclean room with used bedsheet. Mirror in bathroom was very bad. Whole hotel managed by only 3 to 4 employees so poor service. Not given invoice also.

soloThis is a perfect place nestled equidistant from both Ajanta and Ellora. It’s away from the chaos of the city traffic, and all the major attractions are within comfortably reachable distance. The staff was good and accommodating. The room itself was spacious and well kept. They have dedicated parking space within the compound, and they locked gates for safety.

Absolutely terrible
familyStayed in this hotel on 27 Dec 22. Room was ready at time of check-in. We had to wait for 20 mins. That's nothing.. room was unfinished and given to stay. Electic wires hanging all over the place, open electric boards, open light bulb holders beside bed. No intercom to call frontdesk or whether I should call it frontdesk... Yaakk.. So everytime you need anything you come out of room and shout Nothing in bathroom to hang towels or clothes. Two different colour Dirty curtains, not sure whether they were ever washed after buying. It's not worth more than ₹800 per night, if you want a stay over a night.

Food and hygiene amenities
Food was reheated and served which was kept in fridge right in front of us. Now amenities - no tv, no thrash bin, no towels, no hangers to put wet clothes. Gates locked and no response from management when called.

Worst experience
The rooms were under construction. Filled with toxic paint smell. Bathroom was dirty extremely bad experience they should never run hotels under such creepy conditions
