Poor Stay

When compared to name fortune i thought room will be good enough, but when entered room it was bit smelling and washroom was the worst ever i have seen in my life with this pricing i would get better option in other hotels, it was not at all a good stay... My partner had to leave the same night rather then staying till morning, as i had early morning flight. I had no option rather then staying because i paid for the same. Please upgrade the standard of fortune name done disappoint ppl

Hotel was not clean. Service too was not satisfactory, very slow response. We had to ask for each facility 3-4 times. Restaurant provides very limited itmes.

Very bad experience in the hotel. while check -inn in the reception one Manager (Mr.Choudhary) he is not able to speak properly we have waited long time to get room. After getting the room also if we request anything he is not responded properly

A decent budget hotel for family with all basic amenities near airport.

Its decent budget hotel. One can stay near Airport with family. Location is very convenient for getting cab auto etc. Hotel lobby is decent, staff is good. I didn’t try complimentary breakfast or food in their restaurant so can’t say much about that. But generally I did not find any guest is restaurant. They do provide room service for food. Masala tea was the best, tried couple of times. TV, Gyeser, AC and hot water kettle working well. Towels need replacement. Best part late check out considering flight time is provided. Overall value for money.
