Review Of Hotel Firangai Lodge

No safety standards were followed. Staff was very rude. Firstly, when we arrived they told us that our booking was not confirmed. When i showed the mm t hotel confirmation voucher, they refused to hon-our it saying that they do not have any information. I had to call mm t customer care and after 2-3 hours of their effort, they gave us the room without any toiletries and bath towels. Rooms were not clean, washbasin and washroom were choked and overflowing. When we expressed our dissatisfaction regarding their behaviour and service, they asked us to vacate and leave if we were not satisfied with their property. After listening to such insulting remarks, we had left the property immediately. I never expected that mm t would entertain such type of properties too. I would like to forget this experience as a nightmare. Mm t should definitely review it's policy of including such properties in their list otherwise they would lose our confidence in them.

Very bad experience. A barged into my room in the name of room service. Freaked the shit out of me . . Rooms are below average. Food was decent. Only Indian closets in most of the rooms. You'd be lucky if you get a room with a Western restroom.

Best budget hotel near daund. Real Value for money. Real adventurous sporty place to travel around and cool place. Make my trip really offered me good deal in my budget. Rooms are clean and on Pune highway.

If you want to visit Pune, guys please stay away from this hotel, its 77 km away from the city no direct bus service is there, almost nothing available near by, if you want a experience like staying in Sahara.
