Hotel Is Located In Heart Of City, Ambience is Very Good , Early Check in If You Do From Third Party App,Don't Expect They Will Give You Before 10:30 am. Rooms are Ok ,they Need to Work on cleanliness and Hygiene of Bathroom that was Biggest let down. Food is decent ,In breakfast they have same Menu everyday. Overall Staff is helpful and Cooperative.

Not flexible with services like changing dates or etc, Even though we are regular travellers to this property, they don’t allow such changes , Despite of telling health issues

Food and Water cost will Kill You, because one water bottle cost is 130 rupees and food only will get thali no other items.

The location is central, pure vegetarian food. they have some lunch and dinner packages. Room quality is good. clean room and washroom. overall a nice experience. breakfast is added mostly with the room. you can add it in just 200 rs.

Very pleasant stay. I recommended all for this property. This is our first time to stay here but hospitality, environment all were very nice there. So I prefer all for this.

Pathetic service and Non cooperative staff and very unprofessional staff. They do not allow outside food. The rooms were bad. When I retured from work, the door got locked from inside. They made me wait for 20 _ 25 mins. The attendent behavior was very rude and showing attitude. They didn't helped me with early check in (one of the main reason for choosing this property). I chose rooms with breakfast option. I had flight at 9 am. To my surprise, they denied providing breakfast at 7 am. One of my worst experience I had in Rajkot. I'll never recommend this property to anyone.

The hotel and rooms are average. Cooling from the AC was okay types. Basic iron facility to iron clothes was not available, and this the second time I stayed in this hotel and still the same, there were no changes at all. Looks like they are very adamant and don't give a damn to the guest. Also checked for laundry service. The timing was also very weird. So, the conclusion is that guest doesn't matter to them. they are only business.

Location is very nice, easy access to public transport and private services, amenities are very good and service are good, front office and room service both

The staff were excellent, the hygiene facilities were satisfactory, and the overall atmosphere and ambiance contributed to a very pleasant stay. The hotel provided excellent service, hospitality, and staff support, resulting in a highly positive overall experience.
