In midnight hotels owner and manager asked me to vacate the room, due to complain by me to make my trip call centre for the room which is not as per advertisement.

Mr. Pankaj, Thanks for your review but that was 100% your fault you must check all the details before booking the hotels. But You people see only amount and after coming to hotel you start to make your demands and blame to hotels. Did you check all the details about your room category before booking your room. You people don"t want spend the money and want the facility of 5* hotel. why did you not mention any special comment at the time of booking and blaming the hotels.

Worst stay. First hotel i have seen in my life where ro and mineral water, both were not available. Staff behavior very unprofessional.

Mr. Shubham Priyadarshi, Thanks for your worst review, We provide both type of water either Mineral or RO. Come and check we do have the RO plant in my hotel but you were asking Bottled water as complementary so how can we give you Sealed Bottled water complementary while we provide the RO water as normal drinking water.

It was an average stay. Water facility is not available properly in the bathroom. Power not there in every socket. Mattress was not of good quality and bedsheet is dirty. The owner was not taking ownership of anything, he was taking it very lightly.

You have given the worst review while we have provided you extra mattress without any extra cost because you have booked your room for double occupancy and you four people arrived. you were asking for two extra mattress without any cost yet we have given you one mattress without any cost and you have given worst review, Amazing totally amazing.

Good hopitailty, nice staff behavior overall good experiece the restaurant is not open at 10 pm due to which tea and coffee is not available in the room at night.

Review of hotel
Main gate was very congested. Interior was not good, however bathroom was good. We booked one room for four persons but only one towel was given. No facility for food and tea. Average satay

But before giving us your review you must also check the others review before defaming us. There are so many guests who have given us very positive review about the food and tea and you have written " NO FACILITY FOR FOOD AND TEA.

Location, behavior, service, cleanliness and food were good. But few basic things were missing. No chair or tea-table were there, you have to take the meals on bed. There was no towel holder in the bathroom. No tv as well.
