Overall property construction quality is good, food facilities is not there, they're providing food from outside and location is very appreciative but washroom, TV , Electric cattle and all facilities is only in paper nothing else.

The property location is very easy to find, just in front of Gaya railway station get 1, there are no food facilities offered from the hotel but near the hotel there are lots of food options Their service and food quality is very good me and my family like this, The service and behaviour of the hotel staff is good and very helpful nature

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel.The staff at the front desk seemed unhelpful and not interested in solving any of the issues I raised.For the price they charge, I expected much better service and facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be staying here again.

This hotel is very near to railway station. and service was also good. Will recommend this hotel those who want to go to Gaya. If you want to save money then book it offline reaching at Gaya.

लोकेशन बहुत अच्छी है। रेलवे स्टेशन से 200 मीटर ।स्टाफ का व्यवहार अच्छा था। साफ सफाई अचछी नही थी। वाशरूम प्रॉपर साफ नही थे। टोटल एवरेज।

Property location is good as it is walking distance from railway station. Food, amenities & services are also available nearby

Even though it’s opposite to station and walkable distance, some ventilation problem was there for rooms. No lift and no hot water. Please do prefer ac rooms rather than non ac

Near gaya railway station. Cooperative staffs and they have good knowledge about gaya tourist places. The only problem is that the hotel has no lift and there are no hand supports in staircases. Otherwise the hotel is good and reasonable.

Nothing it's ok i am not satisfied with the service of hotel very bad behavior from the hotel staff they all very selfish staff

It is the worst experience to stay in this hotel, no curtains in the window, non ac room, no amenities as described in the property. No lift, no power backup, frequent power cut. No intercom. There is nothing good in this hotel. No one there is your problem. I request all not to opt for this hotel.

Hotel is good. Nearer to railway station. Clean and spacious. Hotel staff is very supportive.

Do not book this hotel unless you have absolutely no place else to go. We visited gaya when all the good hotels were booked and had no other option. We had booked 3 same kind of rooms. Even though we checked in 6 hours later than the checkin time, the rooms were not ready. They gave 2 rooms and said the 3rd room will be ready soon. They took another 2 hours to give the 3rd room which wasn't same as the other two rooms. We kept asking for another 3 hours for blankets which they finally provided after multiple reminders. Washroom jet spray was not working in 1 of the bathrooms which they never fixed during our stay. They mentioned hot water as well in the room details but there was no hot water in 2 of the bathrooms. There are 4 floors with no lifts so that could be a struggle for some people. They have mentioned multiple amenities in the property listing but even the most basic ones are not available. The staff seemed to be very laid back and did not bother that the room and the services should have been provided on time. It is a budget hotel so we did not expect much out of them but at-least the basic amenities like blankets/sheets to cover, hot water were expected as they mentioned in the listing. The only things we liked about this place was the very short distance to gaya junction( you can walk easily) and that it was budget friendly.

Non-ac room rate are very high. No almirah, no blankets. Only plus point is it is very near to the railway station and our only reason to choose this hotel.

Hotel location is convenient, very near to railway station. I think food is not available in the hotel as kitchen is not there. Amenities wise it is average as no hot water for bath, intercom, wi-fi, dustbin in the room, curtains on the windows were available. Windows were not even having grill or any jali. It were totally through. Service is also average.

We had stayed in that hotel for three nights. Location wise very good means quite nearer to the railway station. We went for pitri paksha. Room was good and staff cordial.

Good service, staff very cooperative, it was our first visit to gaya. Hotel is very near to railway station, every thing is available near hotel, we felt very convenient
