During my stay, I faced serious cleanliness issues that left me disappointed. The room was poorly maintained, with visible dust, stains, and an unclean bathroom. Basic hygiene standards were clearly overlooked, affecting the overall experience. OYO Rooms, in comparison, offers far better service, with consistently cleaner rooms and a more pleasant environment. The attention to detail, such as fresh linens and sanitized spaces, sets them apart. This hotel needs to improve its housekeeping and maintenance standards to compete. Until then, I’d recommend choosing OYO for a cleaner, more reliable, and stress-free stay. Cleanliness is non-negotiable in hospitality.

This hotel is being run by the name of Dhingra Hotel and no one in the vicinity knows that there is a hotel and that it is running under the name of Oyo. Staying at your place has been the dirtiest experience till date and I will not stay at your place in future and I will not prefer anyone else also and as far as the money is concerned, the room needs a lot of cleaning as it seems like it has not been cleaned for who knows how long and even the blanket and pillow smell very bad.

I had to stay here as my father was hospitalized and i found this to be the nearest property. Staff is good and courteous rooms are ok for a night stay.

Terrible. Everything in room is dusty like bed sheet, surrounded area in room is very dirty, no clean water, electricity problem, mosquito with in the room, no warm water available. Overall worst experience. I suggest no one stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a budget hotel during my trip to jabalpur. I must say, i was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value this hotel provided. First and foremost, the price was incredibly affordable, making it an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers like myself. Despite the low cost, the hotel didn't compromise on cleanliness or comfort. The rooms were neat and tidy, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. I was relieved to find that the hotel took great care in maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. They provided a warm welcome upon check-in and were readily available throughout my stay. Their knowledge of the local area was impressive, and they were happy to offer recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. Their professionalism and helpfulness truly enhanced my overall experience.

I got this bad experience for the very first time through make my trip. Anyway looking for positive result in my next booking

The room was very dirty. Construction was going on. I booked online but they refuse the refund bcoz as per them, they dont allow online booking

It was like experiencing lodge in the name of hotel.no services at all even water is chargeable.no lights on entering point.no staff for even lifting your bag. blanket was dirty. bathroom was worst.I have traveled with family...in future will not recommend anyone for dhingra residency

Service was good. Hot water should be available anytime for bath. Bathroom should be clean.

Location was on main road very near of isbt and railway station, which helped me very much in going on and through in the city. Hotel was quite nice as well. The hotel owner is very friendly and jolly.

I was travelling with my wife, and we had no problem. Good hotel staff. I can repeat this hotel for my future stays in Jabalpur. Location was perfect.

Hotel is located in a complex were medical shop, bakery and general store is available very conveniently. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Will surely visit the hotel next time.

Worst hotel of my life, no ventilation, look like a jail, I never want to stay again at this bad hotel.

The stay was worst as it has no parking, no restaurant and all the food you order comes from outside. The bedsheets were all dirty and has to tell at reception to change. The bathroom taps were leaking, to summarize worst stay.
