the location of Bargi is good the view from hotel is fantastic , service of staff is good , food is good but expect a lower price for food . rest it is great place to go for a day

Yeah !it's a good experience with MPT maikal resort ...it's was amazing place and having also a very good experience with cruze ..but you have to upgrade on food quality.only this is a week point of this resort about menu of veg food

stay was nice. property located on the best view. only the approach road to the property via village Bargi from national highway is very poor. Only the M.P. Tourism department & mprdc will take joint effort to provide better road connectivity

Excellent Stay

The property sits at an excellent location and has an awesome view from almost 80% of the rooms. The restaurant serves decent food and all of the menu items are available throughout the day and till 11:00 pm in the night, when their kitchen closes. The best thing is that most of the people whom stop here are on a pilgrimage trip and will only prefer to eat vegetarian for their entire journey, this place only offers vegetarian fare for their guests as well as for anyone who comes for recreation reasons as well. This property also offers sightseeing through speedboat and cruise with various offers available at the reception. Me and my family chose the speedboat option and it was an amazing 5 minute exertion. One can also choose the cruise option which us for a 45 minute ride atop the 2-level cruise that the resort offers various times in a day. Though amazing, these journeys are only available till 5:00 pm in the evening. All in all it was a wonderful stay in a wonderful property at a wonderful location. Check above

Not recommended : a lodge with restaurant disguised as resort

Not recommended : just a lodge with big rooms and restaurant in public boating club area. 1. Used and stained linens were provided. 2. Soiled pillow covers 3. Tv not working - no wifi, no mobile range inside, so nothing to do at night and not working tv, this adds to boredom. 4. Only 4 subji (curry) options were available for dinner. 5. Kitchen review - tasteless dinner and breakfast, seemed they werenin hurry for closing kitchen at around 8. 45 pm in the evening. 5. No towel rod in bathroom to hang clothes. Overall not a pleasant stay. I will not recommend to spend so much money for such poor service. Mpt marble rocks was far better than mp t maikal.

familyLocation is ideal for spending holidays as it is on the bank of reservoir of bargi dam. Mp t hotels are committed for there customer daylight so everything was perfect. On one aspect they can improve that is the mindset of there waiters and security staff.

familyIt's a nice place to visit with family, this is one of the best resorts near to the dam. Having all the services at its beast has a very good viewpoint over here. Excellent dinner buffet. Taste was good and good ambience. It's just like private access to the dam backwaters. The water is amazing, the location is perfect, and the cruise is available at 200 per person. Speed boat also there.
