Not a hygienic place to visit stinking, blanket not in good shape i checked out within couple of hours no value for money mmt has suggested wrong place

Not good for the worth of money. Hotel is very old.

Pathetic services. Why customer is being told by hotel representative at the time of check-in that hotel has got "no" booking confirmation and hence there is no room available for the said booking, though the amount was already deducted from customer's account ? i called cuatomer care about 5 times, no one bothered to pick the call, such is the customer service. Also, inr 2200 were charged for so called ac deluxe room, which was not at all as per amount charged.

Safety is good. Bt vry costly and unhygienic. Hotel is not worth it.

Located within a few minute distance from both eating places as well as the library. Very convenient for short time research work.

It horrible phone. Not in order call bell. Out of order no hot water no lift provided room at second floor to the senior citizens, what more do you want to know.

It was a OK hotel with a good location and overall a average hotel. It is good for those travelling single. Room is good, cleanliness is OK, bathroom is OK. Overall I will say that it is perfect in this price it is good

There was repair work going on in the next room and was very disturbing. Location of the hotel is good but facilities are not up to the mark. Over all since the tariff is low so it is value for money

Room was very clean, location was very good, hotel staff facilitate us everything, they provided a water bottle, towel & a soap also. When we check In & check out the room they communicate politely, softly & in a proper way .. So I suggest that it is one of the best & safe hotel in rampur to stay as a couple

I was told it's within 1km from the station but it isn't so but reaching the hotel is not a problem. One can get vehicles at all times. The room service & the people at the front office are really well behaved & helpful. For a traveler like me good cordial behavior matter, it makes me feel like home. Keep up the good work !!

Good location good food good services but in old infrastructure. Still using old portable TV and old toiletries. Need to change it otherwise everything is good. Very nice location to reach all the places of city. Staff is very courteous and Management try to help their guest in all manner.
