Excellent property, good location, very good rooms with very good amenities. Some points that need improvement - they have cable TV connection with Tata Sky, but subscription taken for paid channels are very poor.Even common channels like CNN, Times Now, India Today, Good movie channels in English and Hindi are missing. Food price at the restaurant found to be abnormally high for many items. Complimentary breakfast is very good.

Property location is excellent and is situated in a good part of city with wide roads and easy access to main market and mall. The rooms were nicely done, bathroom was clean and staff was very helpful. They really know how to make you feel special. They have a good gym with quite some equipments, but it was not kept clean and needs some maintenance. Overall a satisfying experience, worth another visit

The Hotel is in many city and near to IIM Kashipur and is maintained beautifully.. the staff was courteous and breakfast spread was amazing during our stay.. the rooms were clean and all amenities of a 4 star property were provided.. will definitely stay again..
