Review Of Hotel Deep Palace

Boarding not done and denied. Reception staff is not even bothered a bit

The location was just very close to the destination ! supportive staff and kind too !

No hygiene is mintined in the hotel,

Hotel and the staff was good but the terrible thing is that there was a rat who made noise in the whole night and it climbed on the bed in the night which is a scariest thing

Night was good. But at the early morning several electricity power cut took place & because of that there was a darkness everywhere.

No better communication available from Hotel

I stayed with family for 2 days and 2 nights and, the hotel was not well equipped with facilities. They didn't have their own kitchen. Highly-priced. The room got leakage problems due to dampness in ceiling and even the walls were damped badly. Not advisable to book this hotel.

There Palace is not good location and no food service no parking space

Interior was bad, roof plaster peeling off. Seepage visible. It was single room on top floor. Could see lot of empty liquor bottles littered all over.

Room was not clean, bed sheets was dirty and room was small also.

Room was spacious. Staff was good. Lenient rules.

No Hotel management, cheap behaviour, please don't book this Hotel. Show off

Hotel is good and staff is also well behaved but no food facility in Hotel.

Rooms need renovation. Cleanliness needs improvement

So nice pale, because nearly as all market and auto stand. Finally so beautiful room and hotel service etc.

Location is good, food is approachable, service was good.

It is 1.3 km from Ambala railway station. I had stayed for two days. The room I had choose was standard room and when I reach at the hotel, they gave me a room having damp in two walls. I requested them to change the room, after 2 hour they gave me another room, in that room the noise of vehicle running outside road was too much and it was irritating. Again I request them to change the room, the receptionist behavior was quite bad about this and he did not change. In the next day I request one of the staff member and then he gave me another room which was good, no noise coming from outside but in this room there was not all rah and also geyser was not working when I check-in the morning.

Good stay, nice hotel, hotel manager and staff behavior is good.
