I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority here. The room was dirty and unhygienic – the floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days, the bathroom was in a disgusting state, and there was a constant foul smell. I didn’t feel comfortable touching anything. The fan regulator was broken, so I couldn’t even adjust the speed. With no other cooling options available, it made sleeping very uncomfortable. Overall, the place felt neglected and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone – it’s not worth the money, and certainly not good for your health or peace of mind.

It’s terrible experience here. While entering room, bad smells were coming. Wash rooms were not cleans. Cupboard having white mold along with no keys and not fitting properly. No towel and change in the next day, no soap change, no clean etc. Overall no house keeping. No iron, no hair dryer. Very very pathetic. I will not recommend anyone with family to travel here.

Dont go seeing pictures posted here its very nasty. Not at all comfortable for couples.

The hotel is clean and well conditioned.. 24 hours of hot water.. good safety no restrictions

Hotel was not so clean .No room service available.no water bottle even they are giving to guests.More over they are having electricity issue also .

Located at city center and a lot of hotels are near by the property. Good place for staying or families with very good sized rooms. rooms are maintained well and is a budget friendly hotel offering value dor money

I am experiencing a few issues in my room: 1. There is an unpleasant smell in the room. 2. The TV is not receiving Tamil channels. 3. There are no glasses available in Room Thank you

The hotel location is ok, but services and amenities are not up to the level. For paid money, could have been provided breakfast at least. Very worst hotel and poor service

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. All facilities were available except It's near to all places. Must stay for families and couples. We stayed 3 days with our kid. AC rooms booked were in our range. The balcony view was awesome as you can view the beautiful sunset - Don't miss this view in the evening.

No food, location ok, found one lizard in one room.

Rooms were very old and clean was on an average dish was not recharged so no TV viewing location was good

location is in proximity to good restaurants and on the main road. but basic amenities are missing like drinking water ,room service.

Budget friendly, comfort stay hot-water/wifi/food no issue at this hotel, the place is centre in Madikeri.
