Ok type Hotel for single Male but not suitable for family
No hot water to Bath and water bottle.

CM residency is an average hotel where the services were not found satisfactory rooms were smelling badly socket were not properly working hot water available on asking & not available in washroom. Overall its an average hotel.

A decent hotel at a convenient location.
groupWe stayed here overnight for a day. The staff were very cooperative and ensured good service. The bed linens were very neat. We took a non AC room as it was winter. The room was very decent. The outside of the hotel is a very crowded place. There were hard water stains on the floor at bathroom. Maybe they can't help it.

Good staff
It is just awesome experience with the cooperative staff and it was in prime location with awesome cleanliness we can order food of our choice and also the manager suggest us with good food and also with comfort.
