Staff ka attitude Bahut Ganda Tha Kisi Ne Bhi support nahin kiya. Law ko customer ko handle Karna Aata Hi nahin Hai, Apni Aag gi Duniya mein Ji rahi hain

Services are very poor and charges are very high. They served me dinner from pre-running marriage party. AC not working, no chairs, used tooth paste, overall my experience was not up to the expectations according to the pricing.

this property is well maintained & managed, the initial room was having an issue with power switch, when notified they immediately replaced the room Aldo the food ordered was very good

Best hotel in narsinghpur. Big spacious rooms. There were little problems which were held properly by the very cooperative staff.

Best Hotel for stay, food, services. Staff is cooperative. Room are Specious. Food is tasty and reasonable.

Poor food arrangements and most of the dishes were not available. You stay for 1 night or stay for 20 you only get 1 water bottle complimentary what a poor policy. Dinning table mats are pathetic and extremely dirty.

Excellent location & premises. But some work has to be done in the bathroom with the taps. Water flow is very slow. Otherwise courteous & well behaved staff.

Reception guy was arrogant, pillows were shabby and dirty covered with pillow cover to hide. Towels were also not great.

Room key not working, no hot water, bathroom is not clean, bed sheet has lot of stains. Overall, very bad experience

Room was ok but rather than a king-size bed, we were offered 2 single beds. Kettle comes on demand with no tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets, water bottle is chargeable. Restaurant serves tasty food but staff is not bothered about correctly taking customer's orders and serve as per their liking and in their sequence and often forget the order. We were served lemon coriander soup though didn't order. But we were hungry so are it, very delicious. We ordered pane-er bhurji and garlic palak. After 10minutes we were told palak isn't there and we must try baigan bharta. It came promptly and was tasty but no supply of panneer bhurji. On shouting they served that. This too was tasty. Portion size are good. Miss i roti and tawa roti were good too. Overall a very frustrating experience but satisfied stomach. No pics taken.

The stay was quite comfortable. This is the best hotel in narsinghpur. Glad we stayed here. The staff helped arrange things.

1)it's not a value for money hotel. 2)room service/staff very poor. 3) if you have time on earth, this can be preferred not for people with planning. We ordered for water bottles. It took 1 hour. We asked for hot water for bathing, since it wasn't available in room because of weather, it took 50 mins. Breakfast is average with limited variety. Poha, parotha, sandwich. 5)room wasn't clean. Toilet sanitisation wasn't done. To sum it up it was not upto the mark. Not at all value for the money

Not professional

The electric kettle in the room was not working and it took more than 20 minutes to bring a replacement, that too was dirty. Any service to the room was taking a huge amount of time. They could not replace the kettle in the room despite 5 requests. No warm water in the tap even after leaving the tap running for more than 10 minutes. No morning tea is available till 8:30 of the morning. There was no party going on so perhaps i was the only guest staying in there so pathetic service due to lack of staff.

Location at first will seem spooky even if it's 8 pm in the night, when we entered it was slightly late. Gourd was sleeping somewhere we honked few times then he came and we wanted to take a shower around 10pm. Staff refused to turn on geyser. While checking out surprisingly there was no complimentary water bottle provided by hotel staff. We had to pay for a bottle. Then they took extremely high time

Peaceful resort. Well maintained property. Good food & cooperative staff.

Excellent services and hospitality acumen was found and showcased by all the hotel staff

Gud room etc but buffet breakfast shud have more options and basics like soaps, towels, tissues, hot water kettle shud be provided, although staff boys were gud and helpful the time taken to send room service orders was more than needed. Decent place over all
