Poor Stay
Room lock was not working after locking the door giving a push was letting the door open. water in the bathroom was running very slow through shower. no toiletries provided.

WONDERFUL STAY
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping. The hotel also offers excellent facilities — the restaurant served delicious food with a wide variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was especially impressive. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easily accessible. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great hospitality. Good hotel with not so good staff behaviour
It was a welcome surprise to find this hotel for our stay in Jodhpur. The room was good, the location was outstanding and the food was good. What was unbecoming of this hotel was its staff behaviour. It was a short day's stay before scheduled train departure. Very close to station and shopping areas. Good basic facilities.

Poor Stay
Room cleaned but proper not check, bed has couple spot & ladies hair. Hotel service is not good. Food also not good we call out side food. Breakfast menu is also not good.

Beds in miserable condition, broken spring, dirty cushion, messy, unhygienic, dirty kettle, smelly washroom, nothing in this hotel was clean. It was not at all a pleasant stay.

Very bad experience
