Shanti Bhawan Heritage Hotel

VERY CLOSE TO JODHPUR RAILWAY STATION, STAFF IS COURTEOUS & BREAKFAST QUALITY IS ALSO GOOD, ROOMS ARE COZY GOT THE COURTYARD ROOM WHICH WAS GOOD

Positive point- hotel is just front of railway station which gives an excellent location. But stay was quite average as hotel is not that maintained in some areas. There is a scope of improvement.

Bad behaviour and room condition are poor

I booked the top room of the Hotel so called The royal room, but I had very bad experience. The bedding was dirty, water was coming out of ac. Window was broken, washroom was dirty. I can write a full page essay about this. Very disappointed

The staff was very cooperative , and the location was very good.it was just opposite the railway station.

It was absolutely rubbish, there were no facilities and nothing of what was shown in the photo was there.

Very bad experience even with MMT executive is also not supprting worst hotel i booked premium room and got 3 grade quailty rooms images which is shown in make mu trip not matched with room quality i had asked make my trip to change my hotel but they denied saying that you will get resolution in moring pls stay in hotel in morning they only provide compensation voucher saying that you already availed service very bad hotel pls dont book even staff misbehave me saying that dont calll mmt again and again we only have this room and it will not change nobody can do any thing

The best part of this hotel is it is just opposite to railway station so good for the people who are preferring to leave early. Rooms are old and bathroom is stinking because of no ventilation

Damage building it’s not what they are showed on makemy trip .service was also very poor bad hygiene,No Geyser ,no proper cooling of rooms .....don’t book this hotel

While entering the hotel, the walls were broken. The toilets stank. There was a smell on the way to the room next to mine.

The room was clean, and the staff was nice and friendly. A power outage damaged the air conditioning, so I was given a new room. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Is hotel me sab kuch ghatiya h, satff ka behavior, food or cleanliness sab ghatiya h

property location is actually very near to the railway station. the staff was very cooperative and the stay was nice for my family as I stayed there for one day only.

I traveled Jodhpur with my friends and was looking for a economic stay with good quality and hygiene. Luckily I found this hotel on MakeMyTrip and I booked it. The wifi was okay. The food was okay and the service was also fine.

Electricity switches not working. Shower not functioning and dirty rooms. Owner was good but service was not proper

Nice location hotel and nice courtesy staff

The hotel infrastructure was in a very poor condition. The washroom, lobby area, dining area, etc are in a very poor condition. Further the hotel staff stay condition, storage area was not hygiene. Toilet smell was coming in a lobby area of hotel, which is very bad. Overall the hotel was not a hygiene hotel.

All good. It is a convenient place for a transit stop for jodhpur railway station.
