I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided. The food was tasty and exceeded expectations, offering good quality and variety. What stood out the most was the service – the staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The good things - New hotel, good amenities, spacious room with a balcony. The bad - Unprofessional service. Towel was not provided in the bathroom. Asked for the same, but didn't come for next 10 minutes. So decided to have dinner at the restaurant first. It was 8:30pm and the restaurant they are not serving dinner and only snacks were available. The reason told to us was strange - apparently the hotel's owner took the chefs for a function elsewhere, to cook! We had to go to a restaurant near by, to have dinner.

City Square in Dindigul was surprisingly one of the best stay experience. The rooms were large , comfortable and pleasant. The staff were very well mannered and helpful. The highlight was the cricket ground facing the rooms.

Spacious and clean rooms - Outstanding stay

Had one of the best stays.Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and very neat and well maintained rooms.Clean rest rooms with separate rooms for the bath area and the rest room.The highlight is the curtain at the end of the room which is operated by remote control and opens to the view of the well maintained cricket ground that they have.Outstanding view.Will surely visit again

Newly opened but not fully functional

Check-in time is 12 noon, but on reaching the Reception at 4:30 PM, the room was not ready. Obviously, someone was occupying the room well after the checkout time of 11 AM. The room was cleaned up hurriedly and inadequately after the occupant left. The room is big and has the required amenities. Toilet and bathroom were separate, but toilet lacked a wash basin requiring one to bathroom anyway. Staff need proper training. Dusting will be required daily.
