Lift was not working.Staff not cooperative had to carry luggage on my own.Rooms were okie but staff behaviour not good.

I asked for GST bill and they have given me different amount gst bill, as I paid 2194 while booking but they have given me approx 2600. MMT should improve there invoice billing in case of gst billing

Hospitality totally zero even for drinking water also you have to request them overall experience is not satisfactory

Currently staying in this hotel. Shocking to understand two abnormal things here. One: they give only half a litre bottle for the whole day. Second: about the breakfast, you have very limited choices & need to select any two items that too only one time. If you wish to order second time. Pay for it. Strange behaviour. Pathetic. Please don't stay here choose from other options in bhavnagar.
