ordered curd rice for lunch and found uncooked rice. higher cost paid through MMT as compared to what hotel or other platforms are offering. Not at all a value worth.

Everything ok,but I feel your female receptionist is not properly welcoming us,no welcome drinks .I think at least to wish with smiling face.your breakfast menu is too small. And yes,your rifle shooting coach “Sagar Gangani” is very humble person,He properly guide us with helping nature.but I enjoyed all property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in nilambaug palace in bhavnagar. It was absolutely unique and memorable. The heritage palace, rooted deeply in history, gives glimpses into the life of a royal. It transports you back in time with architecture cum grandeur the whole complex boasts in its expanse of lawns and intricate detailing. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, though they do give off an old-world charm, though some of the amenities can be a little modern to add comfort. The staff hospitality is commendable; they always kept looking at us attentively and ensured that our stay was comfortable. The food served at the in-house restaurant of this palace was delicious, offering a combination of traditional gujarati and other indian dishes, plus it adds to the royal ambiance while dining. The most striking feature is, of course, its serene atmosphere-a refreshing departure from the frenetic pace of city life. Despite it needing a few upgrades, especially relating to modern facilities, the charm of staying in a royal palace compensates well beyond these shortcomings. It is perfect for anyone who likes experiencing heritage and luxury, in touch with history.

Excellent service, clean and spacious room, polite staff, beautiful ambiance with great services like the gym and pool, augustiene (the guy who showed us around the gym and pool) was very polite and friendly, overall great stay.

We visited neelambaug for a weekend getaway. Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Glad to have visited a place rich in heritage and history. The rooms are spacious, clean and cosy. Staff is helpful. We also enjoyed working out in the gym. Looking forward to another visit

Nilambag palace hotel is a heritage hotel and one of the oldest ij bhavnagar, gujarat. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are huge. Service is good. All people who work there right from receptionist to cook and helpers are good and polite. They are always ready to make your stay comfortable. Food is good. Overall a pleasant stay. The only con was, the furniture looks a bit old and a little renovation/ change can really help the hotel compete with other new ones now in town. Carpet in the room can be changed. There is no dim night light in the room. There are just small changes that can really help the traveller and hotel both. For me personally, it was good and i also got a good discount thanks to make my trip. I will definitely recommend it to everyone i know.

Nilambaug palace hotel is a great luxury choice to stay in bhavnagar. The royal cottages are not so royal but the palace and its heritage make it a wonderful and a comfortable stay. The paintings, the architectural beauty of the palace, the crockery etc. Make oneself feel proud of the rich and royal heritage of maharaja krushnakumarsinhji. The king was the first one to merge bhavnagar princely state into bharat and was admired by sardar vallabhbhai patel.

It was great experience in nilambag palace, nice ambience, peaceful atmosphere, security 100%, room service 200, reception help 100. All are polite in nilambag management. Only drawback is food is too expensive and not that good. Also cab drivers in nilambag charge plenty of amount, for 6 kms i gave 720 which is massive amount. Overall must visit place in bhav nagar

Highly recommended place for stay if you're viking bhavnagar and surrounding region, the food us awesome, managing staff is very polite, must stay here to feel the heritage of bhavnagar.

The property is old and in dilapidated condition. And there is ongoing renovation and painting going on in common areas where guests are moving around, a concern for safety. Rooms are good from inside. Overall low rating for facilities. On the positive side the staff was courteous, the indian food was good. High rating for setvice.
