Rat was going to here in room and there was hot water not coming from the tab and mosquitoes in the room. I haven't clicked pic

The place is infested with thick layers of dust rats rjnnjng around freely. Toilets are not wjrth even a dekho. Imagine o did not have a bath in the morning before i reached my next accomdation. Though the manager and the owner seemed hospitable and spoke well. They had excuses for the dust and the horrible commode. That was a night mare. Only releif was the modest canteen run by kaka who dished out sumptuous homely food with great care and love.

Room cleanliness especially the bathroom is terrible to use and tv channels are limited and mosquitos and cockroach are grooming surrounding

Staff and food quality was best.

Asking lot of questions to a couple also, that where are you from, you are a married or not, show me your marriage certificate, I have told that we are a couple, I have also given my and my wife's IDs that's enough, then it's not to ask any questions, it's our decision to stay in a hotel, either we are from that town or not but after giving the IDs of me and my wife then also asking questions. And we are married that's enough with me and my wife's ids.

As per value base, good hotel for stay.

Pathetic, lacks basic hygiene, AC in room wasn't working, in middle of night had to shift room.

Room is neat and clean. Room service is very good. As per location is not good.

Window A/c didn't work properly. Only the humming sound was the outcom. Why are you keeping it necessary to have 75 words to complete the word? Rubbish

It’s good to stay here .! The Hotel location is very near to train station. So it’s easy to catch any train. Also very easy to get other transport service. Hotel staff are very good. Also they got good service for food.

I m no satisfaction with this booking showing different rooms photo and allocation room is not as per image as per hotel chart amount and make my trip both different value cheat to customer ??? Call me if you want customer reviews

So many cockroach is there in hotel . And room is also not worth . Food rate is also too high also not much option available in hotel . We changed the room but I think cockroach is there in every room and they don't have spray also.

We enjoyed a lot in this hotel, and very good room with the balcony. Nice balcony and good location, room service. Wi-Fi not connected service.

Service is very good. We reached at 7 am in the morning. They arranged the room at this time also. Staff is very polite. Room was also very neat & good. Food & breakfast supplied was also very fine. Rates are little bit high.

Hotel owner is very nice jentalman and very helpful person staff is also good hotel very near from Surat station and textile market. Room no 106 and 107 is very good room in this hotel. 3 mintus from Surat station by auto and 10 minute walking distance

The hotel location is prime area, near to railway station and bus stand it is near to textile market. The hotel staff was very courteous. The room was reserved and was ready every prior to my arrival Wi-Fi facilities also available in room also with good hi speed.

There was an issue with hot water and towers were unavailable. Else the staff was kind and friendly, but had to call many times for towel. The breakfast was the best, only the 1st day there was an issue with the Yoghurt but next day it was fresh and over all good experience except Hot water towels unavailability.
