Good service co operative staff and behaviour.

Very old property. Complimentary breakfast was a joke, never take that. Cleanliness is a challenge. Staff are good.

This is the worst hotel i have never seen a hotel more useless than this. There is no cleanliness of any kind, neither in food nor in bedsheets.

Hotel facilities not good

We went in at 6 am in the morning after travel-ling for6-7 hours, and the hotel staff straight away denied our booked room stating they don't allot rooms for booking. Finally after argument for more than an hour they gave us a room which was non-ac and even the door latch was broken.

Overall it is a decent place to stay

The price which is mentioned in make my trip is entirely wrong. I booked one single non ac room and here the room was not available. And they arranged me another room. And the price mentioned in make my trip is not true here the price is high

Hotel staff was very rude. Rooms were unclean and dirty. Spotted lizards. Did not stay. Booked another hotel

Heavy honking sound and smoking smell

Prominent location. Good staff. Good food too. Exemplary experience.

Charges tea bill without serve. Bad behavior.

Everything was ok the room, the cleaning, the location, the reception.

Everything was ok clean, quite and safe and the receptionist very nice and helpful.

Hotel location is good in city center.
