it was good, room was clean and it has everything which a traveller may required. location is also great there are shops and restaurants near the hotel and the city is amazing

sleeping bed showed in pic round bed nd they gave us very cheap type bed ,,,, Tht was no buffet system and they gave us very poor quality food ..

Very old property. Very dim lighting. Old & non working toilet fittings. Bad fragrance. Very conjusted. Not maintained properly.

No fridge, no basic kettle for tea. No shampoo, conditioner nor face wash, moisturizer not to mention hair dryer

Terrible stay. Its an old property, poorly managed and maintained. Everything is either worn out or has stains on it. Toilet seat cover was broken in our room and the receptionist simply refused to help. A lot of noise all around, you can even hear noise from the adjacent room’s bathroom since they are not separated properly.

Unhygienic rooms, unclean washrooms.

Food need to be improved rooms are not great

This is the best place to stay with friends, couple n we we will stay in simple room that have ac it's a good Hotel good quality good service no delay n staff behaviour very well.

As per rate of Hotel is not a good facility.

Ac was not working and was noisy. Couldn't sleep whole night

Location is good. Just behind Shastri market, which is a good place to shop for clothing. However hotel rooms is just OK. Not very clean and not good lighting. Beds are comfortable and good room service.

No facility provided, not even tea or hand towel. The curtains were loaded with dirt of several years. Now even close to the price paid.

It was normal. Not so clean. Outside was noisy. There was not any exhaust fan in the washroom.
It was fine. Need more cleanliness.
