Review Of HOTEL CHILLMORE HEIGHTS & RESTAURANT

After reading so many good reviews i booked 2 rooms in this hotel(for 1 day. From checkin to checkout it was a horrible experience. Our checkin time was 12 pm but we reached in the evening at around 7. On reaching there we came to know that our rooms were not ready. The manager asked us to wait for 15 minutes but it took more than an hour before we could get into our rooms for which we had paid in advance! the hygiene of the restaurant was pathetic. There wasn't a single table which was not dirty. The floors were not clean, the blanket in the room was not clean. The only good things about this hotel was it's location and availability of parking. This hotel lacks the staff required to run the operations. We had to wait for an hour to get the breakfast. Overall my suggestion is to avoid this hotel because at the price they are charging, there are high chances that there will be a lot of other options which would be better.
