Review Of HOTEL CHEVRON

I had booked a Super Deluxe Room with breakfast, but upon arrival around 8:30 PM, the receptionist allotted me a small normal room, claiming it to be the same category (only about 100 sq. ft.). The issues faced during my stay were numerous: Geyser not working Dirty towel, bedsheet, and blanket Bad smell in the room Poor wall paint and overall maintenance No in-house restaurant – breakfast was provided from outside and not of good quality Room located on 2nd floor without lift, making it difficult to reach No landline or way to contact reception for room service Only a small soap provided – no shampoo, conditioner, or other basic amenities Poor ventilation Overall, the room was unhygienic and uncomfortable

Room had odour of cigarette smoke. Bucket and mug provided in bathroom were dirty, had a layer of dirt inside.

Good services

The saty was good and peaceful. Staff was courteous and humble. Washrooms were adequate size wise and were well sanitised. Location wise also this property is placed very well. Overall the stay was very good and i would certainly recommend this place foe your next visit or get together in morena.

Rooms not good and services very poor. .

It feels lucky when you find a nice hotel in a tier 3 city morena. The hotel have spacious rooms, hygienic and clear facility and polite & helpful l staff.

Room is ok bed cover n pillows must be more clean and bathroom too kambal should be of good quality

When I reached the Hotel they were saying that ac is not working it will take time. Then I waited. Staff was not good.

My stay was good. There should be lift and restaurant in the hotel.
There should be someone to carry luggage from vehicle to reception on second floor.

No lift, no restaurant. Room is very good. Cleaning is also good. Friendly hospitality.
