I had booked a Super Deluxe Room with breakfast, but upon arrival around 8:30 PM, the receptionist allotted me a small normal room, claiming it to be the same category (only about 100 sq. ft.).
The issues faced during my stay were numerous:
Geyser not working
Dirty towel, bedsheet, and blanket
Bad smell in the room
Poor wall paint and overall maintenance
No in-house restaurant – breakfast was provided from outside and not of good quality
Room located on 2nd floor without lift, making it difficult to reach
No landline or way to contact reception for room service
Only a small soap provided – no shampoo, conditioner, or other basic amenities
Poor ventilation
Overall, the room was unhygienic and uncomfortable
