Review for hotel chetanya palace, phalodi i had an extremely disappointing experience at hotel chetanya palace. I checked in late at 12:45 am, and despite the late hour, there was no assistance provided to help me reach my room. Once i got to the room, i was shocked by the condition of the bed: the bedsheet was dirty and had visible stains, not to mention it was also torn. The blanket provided was in an equally bad state, emitting an unpleasant smell. The bathroom added to the list of issues. The light wasn't working, making it difficult to use, and the health faucet had no stand, which made it very inconvenient. To make matters worse, two wires were hanging unsafely in the bathroom, posing a significant safety hazard. The drinking water provided was not fresh, which is a basic necessity that should have been taken care of. Additionally, the window in the room was not locked, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations, and i would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay.
