Stayed 2 nights. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Close to the cranes in Khichan but not too much else but that made it special. The resort organized a day trip that was very interesting and worthwhile seeing cranes and going into the desert. Room was large but bed a bit firm. Food was good for us in the restaurant with plenty of choices.

For a place as small and remote as Phalodi, its an average hotel. The rooms could have been better. The furniture etc. Need to be changed to more modern ones. Bedsheet needs to be changed when a new guest arrives - not done in my case. Staff was very friendly and nice.
