Location was good - but the rest of it was terrible. The property has great potential. But currently rooms were stuffy, I booked two delux rooms and they tried to give me 1 room i the ground floor which was musty and smelled horrible and damp. After i pulled out my reservation and showed them - they gave a room which looked like the picture - buit get this. The switchboard was hanging loose and open. Beddings had not been changed. I pulled the quilt and found a bottle cap - this room was used by someone to have a drinking party, excise seals of bottles were lying around the entire room. The bed side lamps were in tatters and everything had a layer of dust., The boy who servced us was great - he made the stay acceptable. But it was bad enough for us to leave after one night while the booking was for two nights
