Review Of Hotel CB Palace

Me and my family suffered alot because there are not good facilities like washroom facilities, the landline in the room was not working so we called them every-time, even after that the staff was not cooperative and one thing more every hotel has a rule of checkout at 12'o clock but they told us to checkout before 7 in the morning. There are alone more things like there is not a elevator in the hotel which is necessary because it has 5 floors without elevator

Room was not clean. Bedsheet, pillow cover was really dirty. Requested many times then they only pillow covers. Rude behaviour of staff. No extra bedding providing as we were three people and informed prior. Only single blanket provided at first. Bed mattresses were broken and were in really bad shape. Bed size was very small. Not worth money at all, worst stay ever. It was mentioned that parking is available, but there is no parking available. They lie about it. Worst stay ever. Makemytrip should remove such bad quality hotels from their listing and show review hotels personally before listing them. Should maintain and ask hotels to implement a minimum quality standards based on that makemytrip should recommend hotels.

Average stay. Budget rooms. Not recommended for family.

Hotel manager mr amjad ali is a shameless person, asking for money even though booking was prepaid, checkout time is kept as 7am early morning which is an unsocial hour for checkout, any stay beyond 7am is charged full day, such horrible hotel policies, manager will keep on changing his statement to fetch more money from travellers, even though i booked for 3 guest, he stated that booking is only for 1 guest, even though i booked for 2 days, he stated that booking is for 1 day and that too till 7am, dirty bathroom, broken flush tank, water leaking, very poor cleanliness, no hot water geyser, imagine without hot water during winter, i asked for heating rod and it was not available till i made an issue, my entire stay was ruined, wondering, if anybody staying there would ever checkout with a happy mind, manager mr amjad ali also stated that he do not care about reviews, he only wants money. I warn you all never ever try to book this hotel, this premises is not fit for a hotel industry, my entire life i did not experienced such horrible hotel

Very strict rules for couples and not proper maintain rooms and no proper timings for stay
