Review Of Galaxy Inn

Hotel reeve inn was good. Rooms and washroom were neat and clean. There were few issues with ac but later it was solved. Close to popular destinations. Overall, very good place to stay.

Gallaxy inn is the most pathetic property wherein host didn't give room which was confirmed by mmt. Property declined the booking when i reached at location and left me no place to live at night. I believe both gallery inn and mm t should be sued for this customer harshment. I will not use mm t in future and discourage everyone to use it on social media also.

Value of money and location. Not bad

The pictures are of a different hotel and this is like a dharamshala. Not more than 100 rs a night and that to for labor class

I have booked for 3 days, but the room and the service was not appropriate. Way of talking was very rude. Can't arrange the transport while check out after informing on prior base. Overall experience is not good.

The location of hotel is this hotel which i really liked. But the food is very bad and costly too. And service i have no words to tell about it even how much i told the bad thing. Not a single good words i can't say. The service are really very bad.
The hotel staff are not good and very lazy. I'm staying at the hotel 2-3 days and my room did not clean even a single time. Even i have told them but still they did neglect it thus is very bad thing in this hotel.

We were told that we would get a complimentary pickup and drop by ac cab. Which they gave us by auto rickshaw. No privacy. Rooms are not maintained properly. Receptionist ignored the problem i shared

They provided really poor service, no manners to talk, asked extra charges for everything, unhygenic, ww stayed there for 3 days but didn't clean room even for once.

I have booked 2 triple rooms for my family with included breakfast for 2 days. Bedsheets was not clean. First day hot water was not available. In breakfast they just gave only one paratha for each (which obviously not enough for one person. Overall, very pathetic experience.

Mentioned in packages was available. No toiletries, bathroom pack, no slipper heater kettle, mineral water was included in package but they charged for it. So overall the package mentioned was exactly wrong. Just simple room

Good place to stay with friends for seeing jaipur. I would recommend this hotel for stay.
