Very bad experience with you no cleanness intercom TV not working Jo facilities Dikhai vah Kuchh Bhi Nahin thi I am very disappointed

Overall stay was not good. Room smelled as such it was closed since many days. No hot water in the tap, so they got in the bucket.

Bad service, no warm water till morning 7. 30, no communication, and many more

There is facing many problems electricity not proper so not doing work ac and tv also not working

Absolutely no hygiene anywhere. Dirty rooms, dirty bed sheets & linen, very dirty bathrooms, non functional a/c, foul smell everywhere, the list goes on. Looks like there is no housekeeping staff here. The person at reception was a little helpful. The location of hotel is good though. Overall, one of the worst experience.

The property is under construction, which is filled with debris. Also there is no hot water connection, no intercom.

Room mattress and blanket smell kr rhea the. Bed height is very low floor. Toilet was not clean properly

I reached at around 1 am in Shivpuri, I got a little confused with the location but the hotel staff was awake to take me into the hotel and to my room. Staff was very welcoming and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.

This is not a hotel .. It's a marriage garden which is having some rooms .. For the breakfast they provide 2 piece of bread .. That's it .. I will avoid my future trips in this hotel .. Very bad experience.

Good experience at hotel, only thing if hotel focus on its business, it will be best hotel at Shivpuri, as there is marriage garden attached to it and it seems that they are focused on garden only. Rooms are very big and condition is also good.
