Review Of Hotel Green View Resort

Location & food is good but room cleanliness is poor. The room was not ready till we reached at night and the bathroom was also not good.

The staff was not friendly, there was no availability of soap and basic toiletries, Bedsheets provided were having multiple dust residues unclean blanket with white subtance stuck to it. Nothing was fit to use in the room, no dustbins, got used bedsheets and blankets, Despite giving clarification regarding drivers stay on call, when we reached there, the hall for driver was unfit to use , no blankets or bedding provided.

Overall experience is good, the room, amenities and food was great, the only drawback is bathroom which did not have exhaust and little more cleanliness required in that. Definately recommended.

The hotel stay was good but the staff was very lazy. Food facilities were also not good. I felt it was not worthy of payment charges. As per the charge of hotel stay service were not provided.

Very good hotel nice staff helping nature and shivpuri is a nice holiday place for monsoon season there is many water falls and hotel rooms are good and food quality is very good I suggest this hotel it is value for money

It was a great experience at the resort and very nice room service, went there with my family to relax and enjoy and it surely made it possible for us to relax, very great view from the resort and very tasty food served there.
