Review Of Hotel Raj Palace

Suggested by a friend , property is in the market .Room was so big ,good parking area for cars .Food was so delicious & well cooked ,even the service was very fast .

The rooms are spacious and excellent. the staff is very polite and well manner👌👌👌

I had a great experience here, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious food, its central location made it easy for me during the day and explore the lively entertainment district in the evening.

Third class hotel do not know why make my trips kept in there web page such tbirdclass hotel not clean and extra bed only sponge provided and AC not working properly and both room bathroom accessories not proper and shower also not working

There were weddings going on continuously, the noise was there. The breakfast which we included in our booking was not prepared till 8:30, this led to us either skipping the breakfast or getting late for the work for which we came to this place room service was not offered, i had to call for towels and mosquito repellent, all handwash body wash was empty

room was not clean, not for family . bathroom room was very bad condition hot water not working properly. rooms was very smiley

The size of the room was very small, everything was old fashioned, there was no dental kit available, no shaving razor, either, the towels were dirty and a foul smell was coming in the room, overall experience was totally bad!

Washbasin have some leakages no handwash soaps available bath soaps are too small to rub on body but room service is very good

I stayed at hotel Raj palace with family. Room was ok but bathroom was in terrible state. Size of room is not enough if u r planing to stay with kids. Average hotel 🏨 stay.

Situated right in the city, hotel offers good food and safety. Cleanliness could be better. Staff is polite.

Bad behaviour and all staff extra money want

Hi me, my wife and my stayed at the hotel on 16 and checked out on 17th jean 2021. I would like you all to know that they served a dead cockroach in the pav bhaji we ordered on 16th jean evening. To the biggest surprise while this was reported at the reception they we can’t see food been coked and we will replace your order. Mr vijay who was deployed at the reception said i am just a reception person and it is not my fault. They were so casual in their behaviour that i can’t even explain in words. I asked for the manager to talk about it and the gentleman was not available at that time and neither till morning when i checked out. I strongly recommend all the readers to not go to this lousy hotel. I had the worst experience in my whole life and over and above they were so casual with there behaviour.
