Shitty Hotel, shady and Shitty mmt services. Worst place to go. Security lapse by the hotel. Low life hotel.

Very bad experience. Rooms are spacious but service is extremely poor. TV was not recharged and despite repeated requests, it was not done. had to ask many times for basic things like towel. AC making noise not serviced. grysar/tap have issues which made us delayed. owner hiked room fee after we booked and requested for date change. although room was available on MMT site for less.

Location - okayish, food - they serve food from outside hotel, we haven’t ordered though. Amenities - Literally ZERO. They didn’t serve even a Handwash in bathrooms what to say then about rest of the amenities.... They charged per night for so called Suite room with Zero amenities. Be careful while booking this property.

Except 3 bed there was no space for luggage or anything else. Very unprofessional receptionist. We had to ask for everything from water to change in bedsheet. As it was left unchanged. I strongly recommend not to book room for 3 here. We were so suffocated that we did early check out and went back to Nashik for a better stay. But the stay people were least bothered to even check when are we checking out early. Very unprofessional and terrible stay.

This property is below average, a 2 star facility, I stayed in Suit facility , No food option one has to order from outside, Except a Sam all TV no other amenities available , For 2 persons only one old worn out towels provided, has to ask for every thing . Rooms not cleaned daily, Bathrooms were clean and Good basically as it not a old property. Its far from Timbekashwer Shiv temple you will need your vehicle or auto o travel. And Autos charge as per will for odd hours. Front desk was helpful. Not a recommended option if you are planning some rituals aor special poojas choose closer hotels in town.

we were 10 adult we booked 3 rooms. Due to some issue we were not able to reach there on time we reached around 1:30 as informed earlier to hotel staff but they were not coordinating with us. They told us to manage yourself as we have not pass, also hotel staff not mention that we need pass for entry & they were so rude. When we asked him for help they told manage by yourself we can not do anything. Although we asked for refund also they told we will not do it.

It was not so good. 1) First we got a room with no Balcony. 2) In the name of toiletries we got one soap for 4 people. 3) The bathroom had no sleepers 4) No restaurant. 5) Almost 2 km from the main temple 6) TV had no wife or internet

Very good hotel at a peaceful location with nice Mountain View.Room is very clean and staff are very polite.check in process is very easy.Main defect is there is no lift facility and phone is not provided in room to contact for room service.Other than that everything found satisfactory.

Property was good , located near Trimbakeshwar temple. 5 min by car and 15 min by walk. Property was clean and well maintained.

No shampoo or soap was there Room was dirty Towel and bed sheet was also not there
