Review Of Hotel Brajwasi

Hotel was good, but reception staff was not responding properly. on second after four times reminder we got soap, shampoo, towel etc. Even second day there was no housekeeping in room. There is only one lift in hotel and it does not have separatebutton for up and down, hence every time lift was staying on every floor. while checking out, we have to take our luggage by stair from fourth floor and amazing thing , at the same time there staff were also going down by stair but they did not even bother to ask us for lagauge. Total unprofessional staff and Management.

Hotel is good. Staff behavior good. But some thing r missing. Just minala water. And tea coffee. Location okk.

I like this Hotel because it is near to Temple with car parking space. Hotel maintain satisfactory cleanliness.

Location was 2 minutes walk from the temple. Too bad room service. The rooms were not cleaned. Towels were not replaced. No hot water in the room. Service was pathetic. Shall visit again only if management gives an assurance of improvement.

Good people. I would like to appreciate there service even after I left. I had forgotten my driving licence the team at Brijwasi took trouble to find and send also.

We stayed at Brajwasi Hotel From 1st Jan to 3rd Jan, the room cost was at a certain price. However the services were not as promised. The following are the reasons. 1) The room size for 4 pax was small and not as shown in hotel picture. However it was manageable. 2) Very important problem, the water heater of hotel does not work. It is pretty cold in Nathdwara during winters and they are not providing hot water for bathing. As the staff claims it is solar heater and in winter it is hazy and in monsoon it is cloudy. Thus consider your stay only if you are visiting in summer 3) Hotel staff was rude, as we encounter issues with Rajendra. He doesn't have knowledge and was also not ready to share any managers number. He said I am the final authority and was acting over smart. 4) Number given on booking voucher is wrong. Faced difficulty locating hotel for sometime. 5) The hotel is far from temple and not 150 meters as claimed on the hotel site. It is minimum 250-300 meters. 6) The hotel doesn't have any kitchen or restaurant. And if you are tired you will have to walk down 300-400 meters to get a good meal. If they improve services for water heater, improve behavior of Rajendra staff, and start their restaurant than they might score a little better, as rooms were new and good as the hotel has just started from February 2019 almost a year. The interior was good. We booked AC room, but in winter its not required as temperature falls to 10 degrees and is very pleasant.
