Hi, I am much happy to see the location of hotel in nathdwara. It's hardly 3-5 minutes from city center bus stop. My brother's booked this for me. Aura of building was great. It's on a good hill top location. Reception behaviour was nice and rooms were well furnished . My room 303 was great..a big window . I like and prefer sun and natural view. Washroom was just like new. Tv had a branded one... No disturbance .... Slept calm. Will visit for sure....no other options I want. Thanks...praveen verma

Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property is poorly maintained – the AC wasn’t working even in the reception area. There is no valet parking available, and the staff seemed highly unprofessional in their behavior and service. Instead of providing sealed bottled water in the room, they kept loose water, which raises hygiene concerns. The room condition was terrible – wall paint was peeling off, and electrical switches were poorly fixed using black tape, which seemed unsafe. These are just a few of the many issues we faced. Overall, it was a very bad stay and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room and amenities were good but the service and food quality was pathetic, mostly they don't have item you order and after 30,min they inform you that we cannot cook you order because we don't have material. apart food they provide is having very less quantity chapati they provide is equal to Puri size and charge you big. very bad servic

Good decent hotel for an overnight stay with family and kids. Neat and clean rooms. Well behaved staff.

Property in itself, location, upkeep & maintainance - All are very good. Room service as well as restuarant service has scope of improvent.

location is ok , amenities is very bad maintenance, room was not ready for hand over after 2 hrs of checkin time also. not at all senior citizens friendly. counter manager was very rude to talk .

it is good economy option available near temple. temple is just a auto ride away. staff was cooperative and courteous

Reception staff Ms. Kaushik was very supportive… I did not try the food…bathroom is neat and clean..

I stayed there for 7 nights and i can tell you the hotel is excellent and the staff is really courteous. The rooms are quite big and comfortable with all amenities. The best part is the locations it is centrally located and near to all major attractions and especially shriji temple. Loved it

Without prior inform they owns-elf saying upgrade room only available and charged for extra bed while booking already paid for 3 adults

Place is about 3 km from temple, old hotel just painted from out side, inside ambience is average. Old cloths. Very bad facility services. Hot water is fluctuating. No provisioning of hot air during cold time. Very very slow reaponses from facility staff.

A perfect stay in nathdwara location is near srinath ji temple only in walking distance. The rooms are clean and hygienic the staff is good and attentive. Hotel food is also tasty.

The breakfast was very average. The room was not well maintained and the bathroom was smelling. Room service was very poor, asked them for towels and they did not give them had to repeat 2 times. Breakfast was supposed to be included but they said they will charge for one day. Very poor customer service.

The property location is good. Rooms are also good except the fan was making a lot of noise. But the bathroom is not as per expectation. It was slippery. The exhaust fan was not there. You have to remind for hot water.
