All service are nice and enjoy too much
This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. The hotel is convenient to the central area of helsinki as well as to the train station. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just one night before continuing on to other parts of finland"

Terrible Stay
I ordered breakfast they took more than 45 minutes. Food is not so good. Also the bathroom water was not clean and the geyser was not working well.

Poor service they didn't change the bedsheet it was all same for 3 days they don't have parking they were asking more money for parking overall service was poor

Mr devender u did not say once to our staff to change bedsheets we clean daily rooms and change bedsheets also. And when u booked room u did check we had mentioned paid parking on MMT portal it's your fault sir by the way thanks for your review
Average Stay
After the check out, hotel room is not ready, room fan is not working. We reached the hotel before check in time and there is no alternate for the guest to stay even after paying charges. We spent about 4 hrs on manali mall road

Sir we give you early checkin and that time fan was not working we know but we told you we replace and put new fan on wall we did it in same day and we have reception area for waiting all hotel sold out No room vacant how can give room before your check in time
Poor Stay
Only benefit is nearest to mall road otherwise worst experience, rooms are like cages no outside view even soap not available in washrooms.

I paid for hotel blue heaven but it was not even a normal hotel, it's just some rooms on upper floor on shops. Rooms were bad with 0 service quality. I paid per night but next day another couple paid room next to me.

First of all, sir, do not put the wrong review without any reason, if you did not like the hotel, as soon as you come, we told us that we would cancel your booking and if you remember, on the third day when you did not take any charge when your bus arrived, then you did not like the hotel. When you stay for 3 days, even for free, stay for 3rd day and if you give room b to someone in Do you know for how long they took the room and if you booked this room online, it is different at the offline rate.
A good hotel for stay
I stayed in this hotel with family. Overall it was a good experience meals served were good the parking is nearby but it is paid parking

Property approachable
