location is good but not maintaining well. Parking Gaurd misbehaved with customer TV & channels not working No intercom no one on reception post 10 pm to attend

Rooms are not neat and are stinking. Full of cockroaches. Bathrooms are worst, concrete broke of ceiling in the batroom which could have been any incident if it falls on anybody. Not suitable for a family.

There were mosiquitos in the room. The bedding they provided was also not good. Specially mattresses provided for the third guest were of really bad quality. No hot water in washroom. Charging points were not working.

Absolutely filthy. I booked the hotel as a place to spend then day while i awaited my night bus. The receptionist were extremely disorganised and requested my passport 3 times to make photocopies. They were also extremely rude, when i arrived i said i had a reservation and was immediately met with the response "no room" huh? what do you mean no room, i already reserved and paid for it. The hotel itself was filthy, as if soap and water had never touched any of its surfaces. There was a bathmat outside the washroom that must have come directly from hell it was turning black with rot. The only purpose it serves now is to spread disease and bacteria, forget about drying your feet after you leave the bathroom.

Condition of the rooms are pathetic and they did even cleaned the rooms. No hot water and we have to collect it from the corridor where they have fixed a electric water heater. They didn’t. Lights in the are not working and all they have is free to air channels to watch. They have provided which doesn’t work and ended up changing the channels in set top box manually. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to any of my friends. They don’t have most the services they mentioned as they would provide. Horrible

No towel rod in bath room, if you call boy no reply. No hot water. On line rent is more. No minimum standard

311 room provided to me, costing of rs. 1000+, no hot water service in room, no tv available in the room, due to vintage room also maintained very poor.

1. The rooms are inhospitable, it had a weird smell which will ruin your whole trip 2. Toilets are very unpleasant 3. They fool you by saying there is going to be hot water from 6 am to 9 am but you didn’t get any, your schedule will get messed up please don’t visit this place you will regret it deeply as i do so

The receptionist talking in singular words without explanation he took photos and maintaining is very bad not cleaning blankets facing many mosquitoes issues at midnight and bath hot water is we should to room outside the wall the overaly that type of room amount is very huge not good for families.

No gesture and lift will not work have take stairs 1 day hot water came next day it won't when complaint they ask to wait for 1hr and as business travelers can't wait even when u proactively ask for bathing materials like soap shampoo then only they provide and bed is horrible can't able sleep properly

Not able to sleep due to mosquitoes. Even my kids had problem sleeping. Didn’t expected this and we also informed the respective receptionist about the same.
