very good rooms and maintained well hygiene. location is extreme good nearby restaurant, mall available etc.

Room wise dirty furnitures Washroom not proper in condition 409 room number Extra bed was not good Mainly door lock is not working this was very terrible no locking to room just key is ther but not working We are going to outside but door was not locked so 1peaple lived in room only for our bags safety

Hotel is well maintained, rooms are large and neatly cleaned. Hotel staff are supportive and all important landmark like gurudwara,fort is available nearby.

Hotel doesn’t have attached restaurant and seems bit costly in pricing .. hotel charged me additional 500 for early check when rooms are available .. they don’t have iron box and towels are not that clean .. they arrange food on request and charge not high .. u was charged 25 rs for one tea..

Location is good. Staff is very cooperative, cleliness maintained, wifi is available. Tea coffie service available. They are not having their canteen and kitchen, this is only negative point, location is very good, lift facility is available

Pleasant room, no proper room service- will not provide tv till asked, towels are quite old, should provide better soap than medimix for the price of the room, expected better treatment for the cost. Also there is no seperate parking and cars should be parked on road. It will be challenging during peak hours as hotel staff doesn’t help with parking space and need to park in unsafe places.

Positive: - my room was big and clean. - they asked every day if i wish my room cleaned. - in general, the staff was friendly.

Bed is horrible toilet is worst ac is not at all working

No hot water bed sheet not cleaned pillow over not washed staff wer argument with me. One of the worst hotel i ever stayed highly disappointed. 1

It was a great stay. Room was very spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend for business travellers as this comes under the budget.

Rooms are good but sometime there is no hot water available this is only problem.

Toiletries are not provided, no proper service, until i had asked for breakfast they havnt asked it. Second day they didnt provided the breakfast. Taken room with complimentary breakfast,

I took free breakfast but they don't have a kitchen, so they get the food from outside stalls. Even tea is got from outside.

Good maintenance good c lining bad is also very clean and reception good advice over all good compliment

The staff receptionist are very good manner and helpful. Location of hotel was good. Just one advise for the hotel msnager: any refund policy that is only known by - him and - him-only is a personal and what he held is not right.

Lift i this hotel is out of order all the time. Please do check this if you have challenges climbing stairs.

I stayed only one night next day in the morning had to leave i like the hotel &will stay there next time the hotel management has taken keen interest in keeping the hotel clean and tidy wish best of luck
