The Blue Star Hotel

The rooms were nice and clean when we checked in, and overall the stay was good. The staff were very responsive and helpful they always picked up the call and were quick to assist whenever needed. The lady who came for cleaning was also very sweet and polite. However, the only drawback was that the AC didn’t work properly. It felt like staying in a non-AC room despite paying for an AC one. The rooms can also be maintained a little better to keep up the cleanliness throughout the stay. Otherwise, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall.

the reception person is so rude and the staff is also very unprofessional and we faced very uncomfortable stay the staff there is only one guy he is seriously not good very uncomfortable and unprofessional I didn't liked behaviour not good for single working lady to stay there 🙏it's unsafe for single working woman to stay rooms are good nice 👍 washroom they have to clean if this same type of staffs still working there it's too bad fir owner and for property owner should find some good staff for house keeping and service and for reception he will get very good business by these type of staffs owner will spoil there hotel name thank u

My experience with bluestar is quite an average stay. Rooms are clean but TV facility was not provided. Overall it's an average stay.

Even before check in , the map link given by mmt taken us to a dead end with great difficulty to even reverse the car. with great difficulty we reached main road and could locate this hotel by asking many people. No one at reception . went up to third floor bar to call the person. Room given had non working AC . had to shift to another room after one hour. Experience of check out was horrible. At 6 in the morning , no one was at reception , Lift locked , metal shutter on first floor bolted. literally you can not get out of the hotel if there is fire earth quake or medical urgency. no person in sight. called the mobile number displayed at reception. He said he had gone to Hyderabad . He informed that some one would come. No one came in 5 minutes. called again. He said persons in the hotel not picking his phone and he cant do anything. He advised us to lift the metal shutter after opening the bilt and get out on ourselves.

The stay was new, clean and the staff were extremely cordial. Would recommend this to anyone visiting bidar

I found this property in mm t it was mentioned newly constructed so i booked the hotel. All amenities are there and hotel staff are polite.
