Review Of Hotel Benzz Park Vellore

The hotel was very nice had a good ambience was clean tidy behaviour of staffs was also good But the only thing is the price of the food which should be reduced rest everything was perfect

Good location ,amenities upto the mark and stay was comfortable Rooms are very neat and clean Very cordial staff. Safe and convenient location.

Staff is truly polite and ready to extend all possible services. Great food with amazing tastes. Loved the way of their extending our stay by 30 minutes to accommodate our last minute requests.

Room service was very very poor AC was too high so called reception and operator service at night 2AM but no one attended the call tried more than 10 times and morning went and informed in reception regarding the issue they told will send techinican but until checkout no one came regarding the issue

Very courteous staff. Good modern room. Bathroom maintenance can be better . Food quality is good.

Front Office Lady staff was not at all co-operative, delayed the process of check in.the staff needs to be trained how to be polite with guest try to resolve problem rather shrugging off

The Benzz park is a beautiful property. Well maintained, family friendly. The property is spot clean, a very cooperative staff and a good food spread. I would love to come back to this property whenever I go to Vellore 👍

Good clean rooms. Centrally located. Close to CMC and 5 kms to VIT. Food can be better. Team is courteous.

Hotel Benz park is only good when you see the infrastructure but I have a very bad experience, room AC was not working at night, frequent power cuts, For one beer and one bourbon biscuit they took from me, unfortunately I used these items at room, reception people had no courtesy at all, no proper welcome at the hotel, I would say it's average but it's too costly

Happy to say that stay was literally good and awesome ..polite staff and good facilities...
