We visited and stayed in the property for our daughter's birthday. We had an awesome experience there. The room, amenities, Food, ambience, Staff especially, Vikram, at the reception, Sunil at the restaurant were very hospitable. Room service was amazing. We had a memorable experience at the swimming pool and play area. Spa was great. Overall it was 100/100 experience.

The hotel ambiance is pleasant, but the Wi-Fi signal is weak and unreliable. I booked through MakeMyTrip, which should have made me eligible for a 20% restaurant discount, but I didn’t receive it. Additionally, the geyser didn’t work properly, and there were frequent power cuts at night. Although there is a generator, the power went off and on every five minutes, which was very disruptive.

The listing is peaceful and as shown in images. There were insects and a lizard in the room. Also, toiletries were missing in one of the rooms. The biggest bummer was that the pool was under maintenance since a few days and this was never conveyed while or post booking the property. Neither was there any compensation in the price. Restaurant serves variety of food till only 10:00pm. Taste and service was satisfactory. Zomato or delivery services is also unavailable, so plan accordingly.

familyThe sparsa resort at vellore called the hibis looks and feels similar to sparsa at thiruvanamalai. The staff are courteous and attended well to us. The resort has many amenities including pool, indoor and outdoor play area. The spa was not ready when we went. One issue we faced during our stay was that there were very few guests maybe due to pongal time. Due to this restaurant had very limited vegetarian options for us. There are no decent restaurants nearby so we were forced to dine with sparsa. Apart from dal chawal and chapati. There was very little to choose from. Apart from this its a very comfortable place to visit with families and friends

We booked hi-bis resort for 2 days, the stay was comfortable. The staffs were helpful and supportive. The breakfast buffet was more varieties and upto the mark. For lunch and dinner they have very limited alcarte menu and the price are bit high and very less qty. The amenities are topnotch.

Property is located little interior from vellore town, serene and beautiful, surrounded by hills. Location is easily accessible for tourists from anywhere. Property was well planned, have swimming pool, combined volleyball and badminton court, chess, pool and carrots for indoor game lovers. There are a lot of outdoor space to walk around and the place is ideal for families

Good clean cottages very green ambience with breeze all through the say. Admire their gardener who does excellent job courteous staff. Peaceful and serene cooks are excellent but menu options are very less. I hope they improve that
