Review Of Hotel Bangalore Residency By WB Inn

The hotel was booked on an urgent situation. The 3 contact number provided on the confirmation e voucher was fake. One was not attending other two was not existing. The google map direction u given to me was leading to yes-want pur railway station instead of to the hotel. And i ve lost the money and i couldn't check in to this hotel and i paid for the another hotel and staying right over there. I never had such an situation in my life. If possible get my money refunded at the earliest as it was not my mistake for all this happenings.

I never felt it would be like this. Room is not at all clean and checkout 1 day early but they hv not refunded the amount

They could have provided some towels, soaps etc. They could have provided better services for the money we are paying them. The washrooms and beds are neat and tidy. Good for a decent stay as family.

I stayed 2 nights here un room 102. No proper coordination between owner n reception iin staff about booking and due to this i had wasted 2 hrs of my time with family. No soap to handwash, bathroom window glass slide broken. No drinking water service in room. Common water dispenser remains empty most of time. No hot water in room or at reception as per need basis. U have to requests outside tea shops to give hot water. No extra mattress in usable condition if you hv kids with u. They only and only give you accommodation which was average.
