Review Of Hotel AYODHYA HERITAGE

The rooms where not prepared and cleaned. The room had bad smell throughout. The toilets where not cleaned. The linen was not cleaned or washed. Totally terrible.

There was a lot of issue, no arrangement of tv, chair & table, even room could not be locked from inside, no arrangement to hang e cloth, scarcity of water, even flush of toilet not working.

The hotel was under construction, tv was not. Working, no proper place to keep luggage, no locker in the room, ac was not installed, smelly washroom, curtan fell down when adjusting.

This hotel is still under construction, no tea, no meal in hotel. Room does not even have wardrobe. No person at counter in the morning. We have to check out without bill even after information at 10pm it is not worth rs700/ against my spending of rs3800/ for 3 pax

Nothing mentioned is available in the property. There is lcd tv without any subscription which doesn’t work, there is instant geyser in the room which just makes water luke warm, no foot mats in the room, no furniture except one bed, no wi-fi connection in the rooms, no kitchen or room service in the so called hotel, what to say of other things even the plastic stool in the bathroom was so low and poor quality that i barely fell down while sitting and got bruises on my elbow.

Location is prime, very close to ram janam bhoomi temple. Room is good, though still under construction. Overall nice.

The hotel is still under construction and due to this the cleaning was not up to mark. The hotel doesn't have their own kitchen to serve the food and order from outside, which takes more than an hour after you order. The rooms are not clean on a daily basis if you stay more than a day. The room rate is more than the service provided. The hotel is inside a local street. Only the best thing is the hotel is near shri ram mandir.

Very bad amenities of the room, under construction building, wiring has passing on head water issues in the washroom. Staff not professional. He said itna jun dekhta hai

It’s excellent place, very close to ram temple other important places also close to railway station. Nice hospitality.

First and foremost i have booked the room for 3 adults and they were not ready give for three adults. They were telling silly reasons. The gave the extra cott which is nothing but 8mm sponge sheet with dirty cover on it. There was no water storage in overhead tank. Staff is least bothered about the basic amenities like water should be sufficient for the customers. We ourselves switched on the motor when the staff was not responding. It was a nightmare for me to stay there for a night. I seriously request not to book this kind of hotels and face problems in the middle of the night.

Loved the city, loved the hotel and super happy with the stay. Hygiene was followed and quick response from the team. Geyser was good too.

The hotel was quite good and comfortable main thing is rooms were cleaned properly and well maintained. Staff was also very polite and the best thing is the temples is just walking far away from the hotel. Adding one more thing railway station is also very near from the hotel

As per environment and infrastructure provided by hotel was very good. Perfect place for stay near to ram temple. 100 % recommended to everyone. I came to know this place by my friend. I also say thanks to my friend to recommend this hotel for stay.

It was an excellent stay the owner and staff were very nice to receive and help us on the trip the hotel is very close to ram janmabhoomi temple it's very new i like very much. Hi

Nice place to stay here. Rooms were clean and ventilation was there. For meal/snacks you have to go outside.
