Hotel was clean, room is well furnished and behavior also very gentle towards me, and room service is also excellent

The rooms were not clean, had to change the room.

At the time of check in room was uncleaned and unhygienic we have to request for everything☹️ I will never recommend anyone for this type of Hotels

The hotel staff was polite and the room was also clean and the management of the hotel was also perfect

Awadh hotel located in prime area, everything nearby, hospitality is good taken care, what ever you asked will solution of it by hotel manager &team take care of it.

Hotel staff provides good services like cleaning, bed sheet change everyday. Staff member is very humble its like you stay in home rather than a hotel

The location on the google map was incorrect. I found this bit far from station

Very rude behaviour from hotel owner. They charged extra money for the room actual price. Not satisfied from hotel staff and specially owner. Kindly return my extra amount

Huge smell in cabin rooms, ac was not working properly and even tvs in both rooms were not working. It is located in small lane, cars can not go there and no parking space. My experience is not good.

Stay at hotel is very below average rooms are not good as there cost rooms size were very small in size not value for money

Cleanliness can be better in room and washroom, water bottle in the room wasn't provided.

Price of room was very low but in app, it showed very high amount room service and facilities were not justifiable in comparison to price charges for room

At midnight i am checking hotel, but he said your booking amount not credited our account. So your booking cancelled, before that he will not informed me. I have lost my re 2206- for advance booking amount. At midnight i have totally fade up with family. So i would suggest everyone please ignore this hotel. Apart from make my trip please black listed this type of hotel.

This is a very nice hotel, you will feel safe staying in it.

Very poor hotel. No hygiene. Rooms was very old. No any service available. It's just like a bus stand side lodge which can be take within 500 to 700 rs

Rooms were small and dirty. There was no city view available as shown at the time of booking. Basic facilities like jet spray was not available in bathroom. Not recommended at all considering the price paid for booking the room.

Not good service, i am not satisfied
