pathetic stay, the rooms were so dirty and untidy with unclean bedsheets and dirty walls. Washrooms were so unclean as if not washed since a year. There was no telephone in the room to connect to the reception

Excellent stay good rooms nearby railway station, overall satisfied with it. Bathrooms are good. Lift available

Ashutosh hotel staff members are very supportive and humble. I visited there at 1 am and still the staff is available for check-in. Moreover, the mattresses used were luxurious. Highly hygiene and comfortable atmosphere.

The rooms are average but the service is ok hotel person behavior good and satisfied service. Proparty is average location and something need better service ex. Water bottle, coffe bag. Etc

Air conditioner not working properly. Room is not clear. Room is too small. Phone call not active for room service

Room not clean properly, bed, sofa and room not as per the room cost. Apart from that few hotels availed in mandsaur location.

Pl remove this hotel from make my trip list bad experience surprise how make my trip recommending such worst hotel

Services slow now under renovation, room size very small size.

Good experience

There was no food. Hygiene was not up to the mark

the room was terrible. the air conditioner was not working. the lights were not available. there were mosquitoes inside the room. the blanket didn't have any cover.the toilets were not clean. there were no toiletries provided. the phone didn't work. i had to go down to ask everytime. there were no complementary water provided.

Facility and service both good

Early check in option was taken but hotel management refused to provide.

TV is not working and they take 1 hour to on the TV.

It was a very good experience throughout. Hotel staff was very supportive and its location is very near to railway station. And many restaurants are nearby and are open till late at night.

Food is good. Although hotel people spend money to make it a good hotel but lack of planning of washroom area and room interior, it doesn't match the requirement. Room service is poor due to less staff.
