Please visit before tie-up with hotels. Very poor tie up with Harshal palace very much dirty and has offers us very high rate . We have confirm from hotel and has offered us double late with very bad room . We have to careful while booking the hotels

businessThe hotel doesn't have its own kitchen and doesn't even have packaged drinking water on a payable basis also. Rooms including the bathroom are not clean, whereas i had booked a super deluxe room for my stay.

aap ne ek to jaldi checking kiya maine pahli galti ki aap ko room de diya 9 am pe hi or mere yaha cheking time 12 ka he costmor ke liye jabki mene aap se pese nhi liye ye meri dusri galti thi or rhi pani ki bat aap muje boldete ki pani chahiye to me vese bhi pani dedeta or aap ne chekin jaldi kiya to room clining krne ka time hota he mene phle hi bola tha ki room clean ho rhe he aap ne bola ki muje naha ke jana he or aap ko esa laga tha ki room clean nhi he to aap ko bolna tha muje me karwata room clean ap ko to ac bhi chalana nhi aarha tha us time ac bhi to aapko chala ke diya aapne us time muje kha bola tha ki room clean nhi he

No electricity in the hotel, no water supply in the morning for 4 to 5 hours

There was no problem of electricity from the hotel's side, the problem was from the MP Government's side, maintenance work was going on which lasted for 4 hours. In the morning, the hotel had also talked about giving you 6 hours extra without any charge. And as far as water is concerned, if there was no electricity then water could not be supplied and water was provided to you by the hotel, thank you.

We have a smart TV here which works when connected to WiFi. The wifi problem was not from our side. That was the problem of this company which has now been solved. And the mini bar is available only in super deluxe room, it is not a problem in deluxe room or you did not tell us that when I came to know about it, its use has also been solved. Thank you. sir
