The room was dirty and the bed sheets were not changed. There was no water in the tap.

AC remote is not in working, towels are not provided and the cost of the hotel is very high and also at the same price they are not provided for breakfast

Room is horribly small at this price. Even dustbin not in room, washroom too small. Not stool in washroom. Room and washroom not having even mandatory required things like stool, dustbin. Electric catle was not working. Towel was dirty. Staff behaviour pathetic. Staff was misbehaving and using bad language. In morning no one was available at reception for two hours. From morning 8-10 o’clock, I called 50 times on reception, but no one picked. When went to reception no one was there. After 2 hours people came there. Breakfast was unhygienic poha and samosa from Thela. Worst experience ever.
