rooms condition is pathetic, washrooms are not clean where the toilet seat cover was broken and the window was also broken and you could see directly to other rooms toilet, basic amenities like towel, hot water jug was not available, mattress was dirty as well and the most pathetic part was breakfast where the taste was very bad, and everything was cold restaurant staff's behavior was very bad as well not cooperative at all. so, all in all will avoid staying here from next time onwards.

Dear make my trip, you charged us more than which is too much. If we had booked the room directly here, we would have got the same room for. The room was not good at all. From now on we will not book any room from your site.

AC WIFI NOT WORKING. MANY TIME COMPLETE BUT NOT RESOLVE room size and cleaning problem

Food was very average,no cleanliness,there were lots of mosquitos in the room when I checked in also they dint have any mosquito bat. Also the bedsheets were not clean.Towel was like 50 years used old. Staff behaviour was very rude Toothbrush and toothpaste was not available despite me having booked a deluxe room

Very small room, smell all around,

Deluxe room size is very compact, no ventilation, space is nothing for additional chair. Suffocating room. No value for money at all.

Too costly by booking on mmt why this is too costly, every time rates very high

The rooms were nice and neat and clean. The staff was co-operative and helping nature. No food tasted here due to on site visit and reached room late night.

Nice room. Good location. Good quality hotel. Ample parking. Food very tasty even best in town. Just order paneer special, it's super also chapati is best. Lift available so easy up down. Location near bus stand very easy to reach.
